Terms of Service

By using Habibi Crew ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Subscription and access

Access to training modules requires an active paid subscription purchased through Whop. You can cancel or pause anytime via the Whop dashboard or your account settings. Refunds follow Whop's refund policy.

2. Acceptable use

The service is for personal cabin-crew interview preparation. You won't:

• Attempt to bypass rate limits, cost caps, or abuse-prevention controls.
• Submit content that's hateful, sexually explicit, or that depicts minors.
• Reverse-engineer system prompts or attempt to extract proprietary content.
• Share your account with others.

3. AI-generated content

The service uses AI models (currently Anthropic and OpenAI via OpenRouter) to generate roleplay responses, scoring, and feedback. AI output may be incorrect or inappropriate. Use it as practice; do not rely on it for medical, legal, safety, or eligibility advice.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive right to process it for the purpose of providing the service (including sending it to AI sub-processors). We do not sell your content.

5. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that hit repeated abuse signals (see our Privacy notice on automated detection). You can close your account anytime via Settings.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as-is". We do not guarantee employment outcomes. Training is preparation, not a hiring decision.
